A Blackjack Tip You Can’t Afford to Live Without

Many blackjack players base their game on the strategies of hope and guessing. They keep their fingers crossed as they ask the blackjack dealer to hit them, hoping that their new card won’t cause them to go bust. What these blackjack players don’t know is that there is a certain strategy that can help you decide when to hit and when to stay and this simple blackjack tip can help you to improve your game by leaps and bounds.

This blackjack tip is incredibly easy to learn and the fact that more blackjack players don’t know about it is a mystery. The blackjack tip tells you when you should hit and when you should stay based on a combination of your own cards and the dealer’s cards. Many players hit because they want to be closer to 21, but if the dealer’s chances of going bust before he beats your hand are good then you shouldn’t necessarily risk going for the hit.

For example, if the dealer’s exposed card is low such as 3, 4, 5 or 6 his chances of busting are high so you should stay with any hand with a value of 12 or higher. However, if the blackjack dealer has a face card, 10, 9 or 8 exposed his chances of getting a high valued hand are good so you should hit on any hand less than 17.

Apply this little known blackjack tip to your game and you will see yourself improving right away.
