Understanding Perudo Odds

Players need to master the basic principles of Perudo – whether they play on or off line – before you start playing the game. It is important to become familiar with Perudo odds to understand the chances of players having certain numbers on their dice and thus facilitating a more accurate Perudo bid.

To gain a better understanding of Perudo odds, we can look at the following example. At the beginning of a game, the chances of any of the other players having a single six is 83%, while the chances of any of the other players having two sixes is 51.5%.

Now let us look at the scenario when you are up against just one player with five dice left. Perudo odds put the chances of this player having one six at 59.8%, while the Perudo odds of him having 2 sixes go down to 19.6%. The odds of the other player having three sixes is only 3.5%, making it safe to place a Perudo bid on one more six than you have in hand. Reading up on these odds and perhaps familiarizing yourself with them is a good strategy for the game.
